He has unique and specific experience in handling airline crashes, having been the primary associate handling Herrmann Law Group’s Asiana OZ 214 cases. Herrmann Law Group was able to recover significant settlements for over a dozen injured parties. He has represented individuals against the government, including in catastrophic injury cases, and wrongful death cases from police brutality. Currently, he represents 4 international students who were injured in a mass-casualty incident when a converted military vehicle collided into a bus filled with students in Seattle, Washington. He has appeared in State and Federal Courts on matters ranging from airline crashes, mass-casualty bus crashes, major insurance coverage disputes, food poisoning cases, and catastrophic injury cases.
He believes it is crucial to get skilled, experienced, and dedicated attorneys quickly. Giant defendants involved in mass-casualty incidents try and sabotage Plaintiff cases from the minute they are aware of their responsibility. It is crucial to have lawyers, like at Herrmann Law Group, who will stand up for you against these bullies from the start.
