Andrei Andreescu joined Herrmann Law Group in 2025, as an attorney, after having worked and interned for many Washington plaintiff firms from 2020 to 2025, and having successfully handled and assisted with varied litigation matters: from simple automobile collisions to complex medical negligence, nursing home negligence, toxic tort, maritime/Jones Act seamen injury and aviation disaster cases.

Andrei is a passionate litigator and trial advocate who fights to give his clients a voice inside and outside the courtroom and hold powerful actors accountable, whether they be the government or large corporations. Andrei is consistently involved in his professional community and is always interested in learning new creative trial advocacy techniques and in improving trial advocacy education. Andrei is currently licensed to practice law in three states – Washington, Oregon and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Andrei attended law school at the University of Connecticut School of Law and Seattle University School of Law, where he excelled in courses involving various aspects of civil litigation and trial advocacy and won The CALI Excellence for the Future Award® for the highest grade in two classes: Conflict of Laws and Advanced Visual Trial Techniques and Technology.

Andrei enjoys spending time with his wife and son and their little Pomeranian dog. He is an avid reader, student of humanities and board games aficionado.
