Frank M. Shin

Frank M. Shin

Frank Shin is a passionate advocate for personal injury victims. With 15 years of experience negotiating injury claims, subrogation claims, medical liens, liability and property damage, Frank has a deep understanding of the processes required to resolve cases. He also understands the biases in the system favoring insurance corporations. Frank is determined to help individuals fight this imbalance by refusing to settle for anything but full and fair compensation for HLG clients.

Further, Frank will not allow insurance companies to withhold benefits from clients. He challenges insurance companies that refuse to pay full compensation under personal injury protection benefits or undervalue the total loss and diminished value of property. He has successfully resolved thousands of automobile accident cases as well as other cases of personal injury.

Frank attended the Seattle University School of Law as an evening student while working full-time and supporting his family. Frank will roll up his sleeves and put in the hard work required to successfully stand up to the insurance industry. He refuses to allow insurance companies worth billions of dollars to use unscrupulous tactics to take advantage of those with less resources. Working with the HLG team of attorneys, community representatives, and other support staff, he is committed to the firm’s legacy of fighting for the injured.

Frank was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. After attending Oregon State University, he moved to Washington. He lives in Issaquah with his wife Rebecca and two sons: Grayson and Kellen. In his free time, Frank loves to spend time with his family, coach his sons’ sports teams, and hit the gym. He is fluent in Korean.
